2. Free Shipping

  • Cost: Free for orders over $50 USD

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, our quality control team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email notification when:

Refund Information

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items
