Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Refund Information
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Non-Returnable Items
